most red states currently voting same as 2000 except fl, wv, oh where Kerry leads in the polls ... nh = (Dead even)

the only blue state that has some polls with Kerry ahead and some with bush is: wisconsin

2 other red states show bush just barely ahead: nc and co

1 blue state shows kerry just ahead: nj

translating all of this into electoral votes:
80 shaky bush, 25 shaky kerry



at this time, neither candidate has over 50% in any battleground state

nader taking more votes from kerry in 8 states, 5 no difference, 1 state more votes from bush

there are no states where bush is doing better in the polls than he did in 2000 ....
