Clinton Adviser Probed in Terror Memos
WASHINGTON - President Clinton (news - web sites)'s national security adviser, Sandy Berger, is the focus of a Justice Department (news - web sites) investigation after removing highly classified terrorism documents and handwritten notes from a secure reading room during preparations for the Sept. 11 commission hearings, The Associated Press has learned.
http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/ap/20040... I have a difficult time believing he accidentally kept documents. ;) lol

1. I thought Sandy was smarter than this!
I also liked him, and am sad to hear what it appears he has done. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, but it doesn't look good.

3. Reminds me of Ollie North's secretary
I forget her name, but she hid dome documents in her dress and got caught.

If true, he needs to be punished. If the documents were ones which looked less than favorably on his own role, then throw the book at him.

5. If he is doing something to
reveal the truth to the American People, as Elsberg did, then HELL no the book shouldn't be thrown at him!

6. This a ruse, a Rovian preemptive strike... fear not...
Read the entire article, AP has already printed a "clarification" that he was given permission to take his personal notes with him. Note when this happened ( beginning of the year) Why s it being let out now ? You tell me .... More dirty tricks...

8. Why do Democrats always do something stupid like this?
By now you would have thought they'd figure out the fascists are looking to catch them at anything--even jaywalking--if they can use it against Democrats.

C'mon Berger, get a friggin' clue. Now you've given them another "Clinton moment". Now the corporate whores have another reason to ignore Bush*s failures and attack Democrats.
