Things may look good for Kerry now, but never lose focus.

More than half the country is full of fucking morons. They either vote republican or don't vote at all.

1. Speaking as someone who had front-row seats to Dukakis-Bush...

... I have to say I'm far, far more confident in our team this time around. Our candidate, and his staff, are far superior to the Dukakis '88 effort, on so many levels. I'm saying this as someone who was a part of that "staff."

As awful as things are right now, I still can't imagine an uglier campaign than '88. God, it was hateful, and the Atwater crowd brilliant in their manipulation of race and patriotic issues. I can honestly say that Dukakis '88 never knew what hit it, but so many lessons have been learned since then.

Anyone know if Whouley is still on board with Kerry? If he is, I'm feeling even more confident by the minute.
