Poll question: Do You Feel Sorry For Nader?
I mean, he welcomes GOP contributions and support with open arms really without thinking twice about it, and doesn't listen to us when we tell him their motives. Can he actually be conscious that they are using and exploiting him for their own political gain (screwing over Kerry)? Does he actually think he can win?

2. Nader has finally shown
exactly what he was up to all the time.

As far as I am concerned, he ought to stick to consumer issues ONLY and leave the election alone altogether!

i think he really is mentally ill. so, i guess kinda sorta a little bit, on the most basic, moment of saddness for the mouse that you trap level.

5. He's kinda like a leftie O'Reilly
All ego... He says he wants to make a difference, but he does he really. After 2000, he has to see the reality of the situation, a vote for him is a vote for Bush. I think he gets his jollies off knowing he can screw up the election... only this time around I think alot of people will think twice before flipping his lever.

10. Just like in 2000, Nader will only get half of what he's polling right now
Half of three percent is 1.5%. Bite me, Nader.

Oh, he makes a difference alright. Look at the outcome of the 2000 election. I don't care much for the "difference" this man makes. :grr:

28. Just like Reagan---a horrible president with no place in the WH, but
I wouldn't wish Alzheimer's on anyone, ever. That's worse than hell itself, especially for the families of those who are stricken.

11. Does Nader feel sorry for me?
Right, he doesn't even know I exist. His agenda is behind times and he has become to self absorbed to see it.

20. Screw Nader.
If he woke up from his self-important haze and took a look at the state of the nation, he'd back off and support John Kerry. Instead, he's playing the part of Don Quixote and trying to make a martyr of himself. Fuck him.

21. Nader made his bed now let him lie in it.
Ralph Nader went from being a strong non-partisan watchdog to running a campeign in which he clearly has no interest in thinking about the motives of the people helping him.

I don't feel sorry for him in the least bit.

26. Are you on crack?
I feel sorry for America. I feel sorry for liberty, and truth and justice. I feel sorry for all that's at stake and this asshole thinks his ego and his stubborness is more important than all that. Let's see if I wanted to run against Joseph Stalin and I knew, I knew, that my running against Joseph Stalin would help him win, would I do that?

I'd probably feel Sorry for BUSH before I'd feel sorry for Nader. At least Shrubscum has the delusion of his religious conversion and a limited intellect that probably isn't totally his own fault.

Nader is supposed to be smart, isn't he? Huh, I think he's more deluded than Shrub because he thinks he's more important than truth liberty and justice.

34. Nader's burning hatred of my party has caused him to get into bed...
...with some of the most reactionary and evil political elements in this country.

That, in my mind, makes him no better than Bush or any of his other enablers.

36. Today, Nader demanded an apology from the Congressional Black Caucus...
...for having the temerity to ask him to drop out of the race.

As a former Nader voter (both in 1996 and 2000), I can only shake my head in sadness over the caricature that a man I once admired and respected has become. Actually, I can both do that *and* vote for Kerry/Edwards!
