Today's UN Bombing - A Signal? BE AWARE
Remember what happened on September 9, 2001:

http://www.usatoday.com/news/world/2001/09/10/masood-health.htm

WHOMEVER orchestrated 9/11 obviously wanted Masood dead.

Today's UN building attack is different than every other attack in Iraq so far.

Something smells. I'm not saying 'run to the hills' but just keep an eye out.

I don't put ANYTHING below the will of BFEE to make money.

1. Agreed
I don't have a "clean" feeling about this attack. We've had too many journalists killed by U.S. forces -- cavalierly, if not purposely -- and the top U.N. guy in Iraq is now history.

Qui bono?

Would this incident be seen by the U.N. as a reason to send troops WITHOUT making Bush cede some power and control? I would hope not, but you never know.

It just keeps reminding me of the blackout -- how the energy companies win, almost no matter what, as a result.

So we'll have to watch the "outcomes" of this to get a clue about what it was all about.

Assuming one is a tinfoil hatter, of course. As I am. These days, it's the logical position. I find the concidence theorists the ones with the not quite on target view of things.

2. Its not different
They just blew up the Jordanian embassy in Baghdad two weeks ago with a truck bomb.

By "they" I mean the Iraqis, who I believe are behind trying to liberate their country from the invaders. Call me silly.

4. The UN and Jordan invaded Iraq?
Wow I thought it was the US on the bidding of PNAC?

I think the Iraqis know who dropped all those bombs on them. I am also sure Iraqi's are smart enough to understand their best hope of autonomy is through the UN at this point.

DU has banned me before and even insulted people with my point of view directly. So while I am not a fan of some things that have happened here I don't see DU as an enemy in my cause of getting rid of Bush?

Why do you assume the Iraqis are too dumb to see who their enemy is?

3. Congressmen have a lot to learn
about stepping into a target of opportunity. But Delay was there. Where? Standing next to Cantwell or in the can? Now there is some interesting information we'll never get.

They got left hanging in the Capitol quite a bit by our beloved WH crew.

Masood was an inconvenience to both sides, a real independent uniter but overwhelming the puppets and southerners. This doesn't look very good for us as the UN guy was leaving and just another dramatic curve ball by the resistance.
