But don't take my word for this. The agenda is laid out in a document called 'Rebuilding America's Defenses: Strategy, Forces and Resources for a New Century,' published by the Project for the New American Century (PNAC) in September 2000. This is an organisation created by the very people who have controlled the Bush administration since it came to power - people like Cheney, Wolfowitz, Rumsfeld, Perle and the other deeply disturbed 'neo-cons,' who have their influence and equivalent in the Kerry camp also. The 'Bush' administration has slavishly followed the PNAC blueprint in its invasion of Iraq, but, I stress again, it is not planned to end there. The document said in September 2000 that "while the unresolved conflict with Iraq provides the immediate justification, the need for a substantial American force presence in the Gulf transcends the issue of the regime of Saddam Hussein."

The invasion of Iraq, therefore, is only a step on the road and the violence erupting there suits the agenda perfectly because it provides the excuse to not only keep the troops in the country ("a substantial American force presence in the Gulf transcends the issue of the regime of Saddam Hussein") but also to increase the numbers.

The PNAC describes American troops as "the cavalry on the new American frontier" and says they must "fight and decisively win multiple, simultaneous major theater wars" as a "core mission" and that this "American grand strategy" must be advanced for "as far into the future as possible."
The document goes on to target Iraq, Iran and North Korea and this is why the neo-con Bush speechwriter, David Frum, produced the term 'Axis of Evil' to describe these countries when he wrote a State of the Union address for the Village Idiot 'President.' They eventually want to manipulate a conflict with China - a point I have been making for many years. The PNAC document spotlights China for "regime change" saying "it is time to increase the presence of American forces in southeast Asia." This, it says, may lead to "American and allied power providing the spur to the process of democratisation in China." What this is describing is the America-China conflict that has been long planned to open the way for world government (dictatorship).

THE DRAFT

Clearly, there are not nearly enough men and women in uniform to fight these "multiple, simultaneous major theater wars" and so they are planning to force hundreds of thousands of young people into the military possibly beginning as soon as June 2005. This does not mean the draft WILL start at that time, but it is the earliest timescale.
