We are patriotic and I can prove it !

I have been posting the uphill battle I have been having regarding veterans and their lack of fundemental necessities. Little things, like shelter, food, clothes, medicine, gas money to a VA facility.
I have received 150.00 so far in my quest for helpin two WWII vets and three VN vets. I have just tried and will succeed in selling off some of my own vets musical supplies to help one particuliar old Vet who sits as he is blind and listens to his gospel tapes. I walked the site where a room is being built in a basement for him. NOT ONE RIGHT WINGED BUSH SUPPORTER OR CHURCH has helped me in this quest. All support has come through liberal sites and liberal people.
I shall forward this info to Move On.org. I check on rev. Fred and I check on Mr. Chambers, the WWII vet who was captured at the batle of the bulge. These big lobby folks who are paying salaries and administrative costs are not really helping like they should. We must be doing something right as 100 percent plus some of my sweat and possessions is going to meet this goal.

We have been established since 2000. We are a 501 C-19 Vet Organization. We are listed non profit with the state. We have even been featured on C-Span but our membership remains at about 55. We are in the reddest state of Georgia and some of the other organizations absolutely hate us. Why? Because they are afraid I will get some of their members.

I have even been told I was a woman. I have been told by the DAV out here in 2000, they would not accept my offer to help with a memorial because I am a woman who founded a vets organization. I was told we would fail. But by God we are still here ! We are small. We have 160.00 in the bank and we are still here ! We paid down on the blind Vet's tub today.
Please help me because when I finish this project I am going to write the biggest article to those write winged newspapers slamming the left, you have ever seen. Thanks...
Help a Vet today...Pariotism is more than flying a flag made in china , run up a pole made in India. You folks know that !

Folks on DU seem to be on edge, roller coaster rides of the week and anticipation have them wanting to bicker. Only posts they are paying attention to are those with news of the clown in chief's struggles (or arguments about race/sex/feminism/etc.) Keep on posting -

6. Today had to be horrible for vets and active military alike

They found out the truth about their Gulf of Tonka.
The lies of this government took them and are keeping them in war.
