Remember how 9-11 wiped out all those pesky Wall Street and corporate fraud cases being "investigated" by the SEC?

To say nothing of any TRUE "investigation" of the 2000 Stolen Election and the TRUE FACTS of who actually won the recount?

To say nothing of the fact that SUPPOSEDLY most of Enron records and other SEC case records were conveeeeeeeeeeeeniently stored in World Trade Center Building #7?

I know, Enron's implosion took place AFTER 9-11, but they knew it was coming, like the pending Stock Market crash. 9-11 allowed our government to uh, ahem, "get their priorities straight," and to start fighting terrorism, as opposed to pursuing any pissant fraud cases.

AND REMEMBER on CBS News on September TENTH? Whereby Rumsfeld and the Pentagon admitted to 2 TRILLION DOLLARS gone MISSING from the Pentagon Budget and Treasury? I thought that a startling "admission," and went to bed that night thinking that that story actually had some "legs." By the time I woke up the next morning at 9am PST, the Twin Towers were GONE.

Just wondering if anyone else is thinking like me: they'll announce the indictment of Ken Lay, and then the next EXPECTED TERROR ATTACK, which the White House and the US MEDIA is TOTALLY "MEME" - ing us with, getting us used to the idea, which is supposed to be WORSE THAN 9-11, will completely shove Ken Lay's indictment not only off the media headlines, but off the Justice Department's "to-do list."

Have you examined it or spent any time looking at the circumstances, studying the videos, considering the "physics" of such?

Again, I'm not onboard with EVERY tinfoil hat theory, but MANY of them have been proven to be true.

I'm still NOT convinced about the "no plane hit the Pentaon" theory, but that damned hole looks awfully small.

But WTC #7...

And nobody noticed? Come on.

I do think it's possible that the NYFD brought down the building due to safety concerns. I'm no structural engineer, but it's not unrealistic to think that the seismic disturbance of two 100-story buildings crashing to the ground across the street could easily have rendered the building uninhabitable.

It's hard for me to believe that WTC7 was an intended secondary target in a MIHOP operation to cover-up financial misdeeds and government secrets.

A smart person would do the attack firs, then let the whole matter "LAY" there for awhile...dontcha think Ashkroft could delay this indictment if he wanted to? I think the reeps know their goose is cooked and Kenny & the Plame outers must be indicted before the election.

The Pretzelpants can PARDON any time after indictment--not just after a conviction. Once Bush's de-selected he will pardon them all by Thanksgiving. Maybe Christmas. If they steal the selection this year watch for a very sloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow (like 4 year) trial & appeals process with pardons in 2008.

8. No, no, no...and NO!

I acknowledge that the TIMING of the ANNOUNCEMENT of the indictment could distract us from Kerry/Edwards' announcement,

BUT the MEANING of my original posting has nothing to do with any issue TIMING. I mean, OVERALL, the FACT that they're announcing ANY INDICTMENT at all is on par with them releasing on SEPTEMBER TENTH, 2001, the story that Donald Rumsfeld was going to investigate how the Pentagon could have lost 2 TRILLION dollars.

I wonder if they're announcing the indictment of Lay because they know that, after the forthcoming CATASTROPHIC TERROR ATTACK, indicting him will no longer be a PRIORITY.

I mean, Lay knows where ALL THE BODIES ARE BURIED with regard to Bush Fraud and shady business deals. HOW can the allow him to be indicted?

He probably pushed for the indictment pronto so he has a chance to be found guilty and pardoned before about mid-January next year. As the junta sinks faster in the polls, the corporate crooks will be beating a path to DAs across the land to get their asses arrested and tried ASAP.

No body wants to risk prison time for the duration of the coming Democratic administrationS.
