I forgot what call-in show it was but some guy said:

"I want to know why banks can put an ATM machine in every sleazy convenience
store in the land, have them dispense money, take deposits, give you
a valid receipt and do it all in 20 seconds and do it accurately and simply....... and
yet when we voters ask for a simple receipt for our vote we get some
crap about "It's to complicated"

4. What if everyone only drove their cars once a year?

Then they would suck as badly as voting machines. ATMs have complex software that works because it is tested against reality millions of times an hour, 24/7.

For something you do once a year, keep it simple and stick with paper.
