F 9/11question for anyone who saw it
I tried to tuck this in on someone else's thread but got no response. The OP wanted to brace him or herself for violence, I'd like to know if the movie shows any of the pets the soldiers hurt. I know PETA had something against Michael Moore and I wonder if it was because he showed tortured animals in the film. I need to know so I can brace myself.

1. No. No animal abuse anywhere. By anybody.
None whatsoever. Nothing.

3. I just saw the movie today.
I didn't see anything with harming animals. It's a pretty fast paced documentary, but I'm pretty confident there was no animal torture.

It was phenomenal! The entire crowd stood up and cheered at the end. It wasn't packed (it was 11:15 on Fri a.m.) and I am sure if there was a disrupter he/she would have felt VERY uncomfortable.

This is in Kansas City at I29 theatre. Got my husband to go with me, he's against Bush but he isn't informed about 1/5th of the stuff he saw today...I'm really glad he went -- He's been sooo quiet, I know it's really left it's mark. He even cried during the movie!

It was awesome!

6. That's great!
Interesting about your husband, isn't it? Who could see that and not cry?

8. Cool
Its nice to hear that people are getting informed... though my personal feeling is there are probobly better ways than a Moore film. But hey it does start things up.

7. PETA was probobly upset about...
his Rodger and Me film still. That one you should brace for but I think peta is miles off the mark if thats really what it was about.

But then they could have been upset about the presidents dog...

11. Didn't see a goat anywhere.
Saw some cows in a field, but they weren't being abused at all. They were just standing there, chewing their cud!
