Poll: Should the homecomings of the war dead
be covered by the media?

http://www.kqv.com/phonepoll.php

Pennsylvania's Rick Santorum says the ban preserves the privacy of the families. Arizona Republican John McCain voted in favor of permitting news photographers access to homecoming ceremonies at Dover Air Force Base in Delaware, saying "Americans ought to know the casualties of war."
