The charity, Safe Haven Outreach Ministry Inc., also could not account for how it spent more than $1.1 million in federal grant money since 1997, according to a report released by HUD's Office of Inspector General last week.

Sounds like Bushit's faith-based cowpie started during Clinton's era... great, one more for my list. x(

Every penny they don't spend on existing services gets funneled right back through the GOP.

When Pat Robertson's outfit got its first half million (in '02?) that's all I could think.
