Odd point about the South Korean Execution Video

As I caught the breaking news and watched the video, I noticed the clock on the bottom of the screen. It said 8:20. I looked up at my personal clock and noticed it was just a few minutes past 9.

What's odd about that?

The United Arab Emirates are one hour ahead of the Baghdad/Fallujah area.

Was he executed at 8:20 in the morning?

Did the video equipment come from an area to the east?

Or, was their clock just wrong?

Something doesn't smell quite right...
