4. They want Clinton to disappear...leaving only the CLENIS behind.
He already sold 1.5 million copies. They can't believe it, can they?

9. Remember John Ritter's movie where he wore a glow-in-the-dark
condom and all you could see was a floating, glowing, penis???? That is what I think the repugs want to reduce Clinton to.

5. Not only buying it
but getting a 40% discount too. It's good to be closely related to a Public Library supervisor. So I voted a resounding yes in the poll.

7. Good response for yes considering how many people actually
read and buy books.

11. Am I the only one here that isn't going to buy the book?
Please don't attack-- I think Clinton was a great President-- but from what I've read about the book it just doesn't sound like something I would be interested in reading. At 957 pages, many of which are devoted more to his personal life than his political one (150 pp about childhood I heard), I have better ways to spend my time and $$.

Sidney Blumenthal's book, The Clinton Wars , for example, seems like a much more worthwhile read. (My dad bought it and I read the first 100 pages or so)

13. Are you going to read each copy 3 times, or just one of them?
:)

14. $$$
Instead of buying three copies--why dont you buy one and donate $70 plus tax to Kerry? Clinton is already far far richer than most people will ever be--it doesn't matter to him if he sells 2 less books. But every little bit of money that can be spent on campaigning is going to count BIG time in this election.

16. Thank you!
Thanks! I like it here--and everyone is very nice and welcoming!

I am a practical person (I am ideological--but practical) and the most important thing right now really is winning---all my effort will be here. I am sure selling lots of books is nice for Clinton's ego--but I do not worry about that. He will sell plenty. He has already sold plenty. I will put my money to the best use possible.

My priorities:

First we win--hopefully in the congress as well as the house.

Then--we hold our leaders accountable to do the right thing FOR THE PEOPLE.

Lastly stuff like buying extra Clinton books
