Will Bush demand that Saudi Arabia end the official practice of Beheading

As rightfully revolted as Americans are by the beheading of our citizens by renegade Islamic groups, what is not being addressed is that beheading is culturally acceptable in Saudi Arabia.
And the only way to change this is to have the Saudi Arabians government officially ban Beheading as an acceptable form of execution.
So GW (The Little Shit) can either seize the moment and demand that the Saudi Arabian government conform to the standards of the rest of the civilized world and ban the "evil practice" all together, or he can go on pretending that the tyrannical repressive Saudi government, his good buddies, bear no responsibility for 9-11 and the mess we are in now.
Has there ever been a better time for the civilized world to demand that the Saudi's ban beheading than now?

1. Western used to do that also.

When they came to this country it was still done in England. I do not recall when it was stopped but the Tudor's were into it. You must recall all the times they put the head on London Bridge?They also did other interesting things while you were alive. In fact if you were Royal your head was lobbed off and that was counted as good. Every day people has a special set of laws to be killed under.

2. Beheading done in this country

in the 1600s. Chief Massasoit's son was beheaded and his head stuck on a pike at the pallisades of a fort in Massachusettes-think it was Plymouth, but can't be sure of that. Happened in the 1670s or 80s.

And France used the guillatine up into the twentieth century, I believe.

The French invented a machine to do it. It was practiced though out the world at one time. In east Asia. In England.
The practice has a benefit. A victim is really dead.
