FERC decision regarding Enron? Are any Californians gonna put up with it?

3. I am really trying to figure out why Ahnold was rushed into

being Governor, deposing our legitimately elected Governor Grey Davis, who was stuck with the Enron mess. If Davis had still been Governor when these tapes came out, he might have been exonerated?
