4. I'd say Mr. Bush
Though Koizumi is a close second...

...not to be petty, but all of their sports coats look quite middle class - trying to pretend to fit in while kept away from the prying eyes of protestors?

8. That picture can't be real
Look at how much taller * is than the rest of them. I know Chirac is at least 3" taller than shrub.

Bush* is only 5'11".

9. He is walking apart from them, because he is walking
on ground that is a little higher, thus making him appear taller.

At least, that is what I thought when I looked at the picture.

11. Wider photo
predictably, the only one further to the right than Bush is Berlusconi.

From left to right are, President of the Council of the European Union and Prime Minister of Ireland Bertie Ahern, President of the European Commission Romano Pradi, British Prime Minister Tony Blair, French President Jacques Chirac, Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin, German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Prime Minister of Japan Junichiro Koizumi, U.S. President Bush and Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi.
