Reagan's legacy: He set back social progress decades.
Someone once said: He made us comfortable with our prejudices.

Also:

He brought in the fundamentalist preachers to help subjugate women and demonize gays.

He brought back racism.

He turned the middle class against the poor, to deflect them from the rich.

He stopped environmental progress.

He still deserves our prayers.

whatever political framework Reagan built with so-called moderate "democrats" has been destroyed by Bush's extremism.

By the way, as far as deserving prayers, its too late for Reagan. His capacity has been diminished by God.
