Randi Rhodes just had a wonderful
discourse with a guy who questioned the rationale of RW'ers. I've criticized her brash style in the past, but she was great on this one and I feel compelled to point that out.

She let the guy talk, did not talk down to him, not once interrupted him, and ended the conversation in a friendly way.

I just had to point out that this was pleasant and informative to listen to. It was still compelling, too.

1. We need all the voices we can muster to speak out for the righteous
Some will be brash and filled with bluster and some will be soft spoken and fact filled but we need them all. It is still true that there are "Different Strokes for Different Folks" I prefer Humor myself but one thing about the Democratic Party is it is filled with variety. Almost no two Democrats feel the same about almost anything.

RNC Unveils New Kerryopoly Web Game

Press Release

WASHINGTON, June 1 /U.S. Newswire/ -- The Republican National Committee said today it is helping John Kerry introduce himself to voters by playing Kerryopoly, the new web game that's sweeping the nation. More than 460,000 games of Kerryopoly have already been played. To play Kerryopoly go to http://www.gop.com/kerryopoly /

With a roll of the electronic dice, players can land on properties like Nantucket, worth $9.18 million, Beacon Hill, worth $6.9 million or Idaho, worth $4.9 million. Players may also land on squares for John Kerry's thousand-dollar haircut, or his $5,000 bicycle.

Each player starts the game with $40,000 in Kerryopoly money, the average national household income. The goal is to make it around the board with as little debt as possible, meaning players must try to avoid landing on pricey properties like Kerry's Georgetown home, worth $4.7 million, or the space for the Scaramouche, Kerry's $700,000 yacht......cont'd >>
