Did Clinton and Bush I hang out this weekend at some outdoor event?

I've been gone all weekend and have noticed some pictures of Clinton with Bush I and possibly Bush II at some outdoor event.

When did this happen?

What was it?

What went down?

They were all in fact there. I didn't watch the dedication itself, so I can't say what happened, although I hear that Bush I shoved Clinton.

Big Dog soaked up the sun shadeless, in all the video I've seen... he looked svelte, and vaguely presidential, though I've forgotten what that really looks like...

When I watched it live, it didn't seem like a big deal, just an "Elaine" moment. It seems much stranger on second viewing... what a surreal thing, really, with father, son, and the man who came between them in one video shot.

Bush I pushing Clinton, that behind Clinton was a person on all fours waiting for Clinton to tumble over. The person, who reportedly looked like Mark Twain, was sporting a Blue Dress and a Pearl Necklace. They quickly left the scene scowling.
