I thought some of the talk of moving to a state and creating a new country was a joke, but apprently not. I don't know what's scarier - the fact that they have the will to do this, or that they have actually tabulated where they need to live in order to control a state legislature and "rescind ratification of the US Constitution."

I've heard of a Libertarian group that plans to move en masse to a state with a small population - not for secession from the union, but to dominate the legislature. Vermont and Wyoming were among the states I heard they were considering. A plan of this sort would more likely reach fruition than a half-baked plan - moving to an already-populous state followed by advocation of secession from the union.
