Bush is completely out of the loop (or loopy) and the citizens of this country have to pay, just like disengaged CEOs let their companies go to hell.
At least Clinton was a hands on president (maybe a bit too "hands on" snicker snicker), but we all knew he knew what was going on in his own 'House.

My guess is that they won't. They may leak a few tidbits between now and then, but the gutless wonders will hold out for a Kerry victory without helping it along.
