BushCo is rapidly being backed into a very tight corner, but don't think for a minute that they won't pull out all the stops -- both legal and illegal -- to remain in office. I was thinking today about possibilities, i.e. what kinds of shit they're liable to pull between now an the election to ensure (they hope) a Republican victory in November. Here are four possibilities off the top of my head:
- the capture or killing of bin Laden - another domestic terrorist attack - releasing false and damaging accusations about John Kerry - rigging voting machines in key districts in selected states
I'm sure there are many more; care to add to the list? . . .
