Why does CNN always argue FOR the president.
This Soledad chick is whoring herself arguing for the presidents speech. CNN has truly crossed the line. Faux-lite.

1. Unless he's getting free, safe sex, you mean.
CNN is still wondering how to improve ratings.

3. And now they're shilling for Bush over gas prices
"Look, America! You really aren't paying a lot for gas! Who are you going to believe: The World's Most Trusted News Source, or your lying eyes?"

9. Why? Well right now...
They want money. Lots of money. Repuke political ad money. They don't want it all to go to Faux, where you know a lot of it will go, to prop them up, considering their Neilsen's ain't exactly an inspiration. But neither are CNN's and CNN wants some of that sweet, sweet cake.

It's a business decision: They looked at the race, saw who has the most cake, and decided they would go to their party.

No broadcast medium is about their stated format. That is really ancillary. It is about advertising. I cannot begin to tell you how many times I heard that from radio folks and I suspect that the same holds true for television.

10. ALL the CNN 'jocks' ....
Have been taking this 'pro-bush' stance since at least friday, when the ads for Bush's speech seemed more like rehabilitation ....

Amazingly, Jack Cafferty seemed the most balanced of all the "AM" crew ...

11. CNN crossed the line in the late 90s.
The Republicans didn't gain control based on superior ideas. They gained power by owning most of the media and using it to spread their lies and propaganda.

12. Do you think these people are in the $200,000 dollar a year range maybe?
Edited on Tue May-25-04 09:34 AM by NNN0LHI
I do. They know Kerry is going to cancel their tax cut for the wealthy which are for people who make over 200 grand a year. They are trying to protect their cut of the cash. That is whats going on here. Its called pure greed.

Don
