1. I Heard it from Rather
in an interview a few months ago. He said they have been friends for years and own property together. I think he did say it was a ranch.

It sounds like a rich man's version of a time-share condo!

That "ranch" in Taos is often the target of protest. If any of those old boys wants to stay there, he has to send out an advance crew to clean all the signs off.
