Nick Berg's parents said he flew into Iraq on Royal Jordanian Air. According to the provisions allowing RJA to operate flights into Iraq, they are supposed to be for Humanitarian Aid Workers. If Berg was not authorized to be in Iraq (i.e. working for an approved aid agency, etc.) why did the customs officials let him into the country? I would think he would have had to have had a visa or other authorized paper work to get into Iraq. I would also think US officials would be overseeing who was and was not allowed into the country.
It just doesn't add up to me.

has anyone located any information on Berg's company? The Pennsylvania State Department has no record of his company existing.

As I keep repeating on thread after thread it seems, there are published quotes about Nick Berg and his work and "company" from people who used his services and worked with him. It is not unusual for very small "companies" to not be incorporated. The stupid article that said that his state "has no record" of his business was the first time I've seen "Inc." attached to the business name and frankly I don't think they were incorporated -- which means that the state would likely have no reason to have information about him (tho the city or county where he was located probably would have wanted him to have a business license).
Re his flight -- I think he flew into Jordan and then went by taxi or something into Iraq. Also according to published reports he signed in with the U.S. Consulate once he was there.
I personally don't believe there's anything about Nick Berg and his background or activities that isn't what his family says it is. I don't believe he was a spy, or that his unusually naive actions of going to Iraq without a prior contract or business contacts were anything but the brash actions of a overly optimistic, do-gooding, risk-taking 24 (or 26?)-year old.
I do not know if having his father on the Freeper's Enemy List or his prior questioning by the FBI made him a target or not. But I do think that if there were anything to his contact with Moussaoui -- or rather a contact of Moussaoui's -- he'd not have been released.
YMMV. But please, try to work off the FACTS.
