David Corn Rulez!
I heard him debate Laura Ingraham on her show last night and he kicked pasty white Laura butt!
He shot down every single RNC spin balloon she tried to launch, accurately, concisely and with a vengeance. He quoted sources, named individual articles and chastised Laura for her ridiculously twisted questions. Questions such as "Do you think America is safer now that Saddam is locked up?".
His staccato machine gun style had her sputtering at the end. She could come up with no witty retorts or responses, so she just thanked him and ended the conversation.
So cheers to David Corn, the ultimate de-spinner!

5. He refused to answer it on those terms
And as I recall, called his capture relatively insignificant with regards to American safety.

8. Ingrahm demanded that he answer yes or no to her question
and he wouldn't do it. She repeated the question a couple of times while David was talking. In desperation, it was the only thought she could come up with. I was proud of him.

2. It's so easy to slap idiots like Ingraham down...
I've yet to see that broad win an arguement.

3. He is my favorite
I especially like the one where he asked wolfie a question and wolfie responded "Fuck you". Corn is on top of things.

7. Hey, that's the same response he gave Al Franken
When All Franken saw Wolfie at some D.C. function just after American troops took Baghdad, he approached Wolfie and said, "Clinton's army did a pretty good job, huh?".

14. Nope
The White House Correspondent's dinner, Apr. 27th 2003.

From Salon:
Take the exchange we heard about between comedian/smartass Al Franken and Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz:

Franken: "Clinton's military did pretty well in Iraq, huh?"

Wolfowitz: "Fuck you."

I like to be accurate.

15. My mistake Franken not Corn
at the White House Correspondents dinner

Franken: “Clinton’s military did pretty well in Iraq, huh?”
Wolfowitz: “Fuck you.”

13. Franken-Coulter Friday Night
It's sold out in Hartford, CT this Friday night, but is also being simulcast at the University of Hartford. It's at the Bushnell, where Clinton & Dole debated back in '96, I think. Or, was it Gore-Kemp?

Unfortunately, I have plans and can't go - hopefully, I can get a summary.
