1. Of course the actual abuse has nothing to do with it.
It's those pesky photos.

2. the words aren't the problem its the pictures!
what a sad state of affairs that the graphic, hideous acts described in the written report barely make a ripple but when the pictures got out...well you know.

How is it that the pics getting out are the problem? But the hideous acts that have occurred for months under the glaringly obvious approval of high command to soften up detainees to get to the bottom of the missing WMDs are not a problem?
