Gotta a Dumb Question
What really is BushCo's ultimate goal?

He opposes education on birth control, opposes abortion and then takes away all the public services for the welfare that can't afford their family.

His brother opposes dying with dynity and forces families to watch their loved one only surviving via hospital tubes.

They obviously are after all the money and resources of the world, but how do these strong positions help that goal? Are they trying to create a more desperate society that they can rule over?

1. The same goal he had in "The Omen, II, and III".
The ultimate destruction of all human life.

Duh.

2. His goal is to solidify his base.
What might be the morality of his positions to some is not a consideration to him. His mind is a blank slate and will always be.

10. I agree
The rich should govern and reap the wealth and the rest of us should bow to them.

7. As far as the abortion part, I feel it is partly racist
I honestly think that there is a certain percentage of white folks who oppose abortion because they feel so many white folks get abortions, and the "others" are catching up population-wise, messing up "our America."

I've heard at least 3 pro-choice (sic) folks say this, not as their main argument but as a passing remark.

Scary shit.

8. Goal: a large, helpless and generally uneducated underclass
to do the manual labor. A very small ruling class to enjoy the fruits of the labor.

See almost any century in almost any part of the world in other countries.

WE weren't supposed to be like that.

bushie missed a lot of U.S History classes.

11. I think W truely believes in his nutball religious philosophy and that he
is doing what Jesus wants him to do. He's grown up acustomed to believing the dickhead conservative philosophy(all poor people are lazy etc) and since he(supposedly) sobered up he's believed in the Billy Graham/Jerry Falwell fundementalist philosophy. Sorry I just think it's simplistic to believe he personally wants to make people suffer who don't deserve to suffer according to the christian right dogma.

12. Cheap Labor
Edited on Sat May-08-04 01:21 PM by Lizz612
I don't remember where the essay is, but there is an idea that the GOP's goal is all cheap labor, it all goes back to cheap labor. I wish I had a link, but it sounds like a pretty good theory to me.

Edit: Found an essay, I'm pretty sure this is it.
