Poll question: Poll 5 of 5 (South Dakota - Wyoming): Best Governor?

The top two votegetters in each of the five polls will participate in a runoff tomorrow to determine the Best Governor in the United States (in the opinion of DUers).

Here are links to the other four polls:
Alabama - Georgia
Hawaii - Maryland
Massachusetts - New Jersey
New Mexico - South Carolina

Please let me know of any mistakes I've made in listing the names.

5. Gary Locke is not one of my favorites.
He is just too conservative and I hated the way he has betrayed the teachers and the way he made that sweetheart deal with Boeing. I am also annoyed at the fact that he backs former Seattle city attorney Mark Sidran. Another DINO.
