1. Heat is on!
Do what you can to get that Nazi Rumsfeld off our payroll. The security of our nation depends on it.

2. We should be careful about what we ask for.
How does Secretary of Defense Wolfowitz or Perle sound? Even more scary, to me.

5. On the other hand...
...it would be a huge crack in the dam if Rumsfeld was given the bum's rush out the back door...

4. I still have faith
that those two, at least, would never get confirmed; even by the current Congress.

9. Given the cover up, these guys are TOAST
America has enough people smart enough to know when they got taken to the cleaners by these idiots.

The Fundies who put Bush in Power are now regretting that bet. They went ALL IN and now its BUH BYE..... they have lost Credibility through Bush and his many failures.

8. False, that was NOT an apology but an expression of his feelings
much as any of us felt sorry over looking at those photos.

10. He must have really been choked up
Edited on Thu May-06-04 02:43 PM by Tim4319
It took him two, three days before he could say something close to "I'm sorry"!

Actually, since the events unfolded in January, it took him several months. Of course, if W claims he had no idea what was going on in Iraq, it just goes to show once again that he's either lying or an idiot.

13. He apologized, all right
To the King of Saudi Arabia

He COULDN'T apologize to FILTHY LITTLE COMMONERS like the American People or the Iraqis. It wouldn't be becoming for a Boy Emperor.

Asshole Bunnypants* can't even APOLOGIZE properly

14. This is our analogy of Bush's apology
(written by me and two co-workers). Your husband goes out and has a wild night. Doesn't come home until the morning. Is hung-over and covered with lipstick and perfume. Not yours. He says "you should understand that all men are not like this." That's the "apology". What he should have done is say: "I am so sorry. I made a horrible mistake and I will make sure that this never happens again." That's not what we got.

his so-called apology. He has got to go.
