"Only a handful of US soldiers were torturers"

My girlfriend made an interesting point last night. Hearing Sean Hannity explain that only a handful of US soldiers engaged in torture, she remarked that only a handful of people attacked us on 9-11 and now half of the Middle East is paying the price. We are certainly willing to hold whole peoples, even those not involved, responsible for the actions of a few, yet we ask the world to isolate the actions of a few when they are on our side.

4. It takes only a handful

of any group to cause serious mischief. Only a handful of bad leaders can embark a nation on a disasterous heading, ( just look at WWII Japan and Germany ).

It will take us 2 generations to live this down and this assumes that more egreious events won't come to light.

we all know this shit is rampant, not isolated. our soldiers actually believe that the iraqi people attacked us on 9-11. this is revenge for that. they don't know any better, their commander in chief told them the iraqis killed 3000 people in n.y. city.

it's much much more than a handful, i'll bet there are thousands of army soldiers committing the same kinds of atrocities, or worse.
