US out of Iraq - Poll on Rochester MN - Fox station
http://www.fox47kxlt.com /

down and to the left. Rochester MN is pretty conservative. Surprising, if you ask me. I don't suggest we "freep" it, and I know online polls aren't that worthwhile, but its a radical proposal and doing well in the heartland. A lot of Guard and Reserves have been called out of this area.

Is it time for the US troops to leave Iraq?

Yes
53.12 %
No
46.88 %

1. Well, that was odd.
I went to check out the poll and it said "You have already voted."

5. Jesus, and in Rochester, no less!!!
But think about it: It's the third-largest city in Minnesota with about 100,000 people, but they're for the most part fiscal conservatives. Also remember that the population in that city is very diverse. People from all around the world travel to Rochester to get medical treatment, and a few of them move there.

Refreshing to know that censorship is alive and well on Fox.

10. Close out DU, shut down your computer,
start it again, THEN vote.

My guess is it is reading cookies from DU, so if ONE person logs on there from DU, ALL of us have voted.

Ran into this before from a right-wing site.

13. Sounds logical
They may be tracking the referrer site. But, darn it, the poll has gone away.

Simplest workaround check, had I thought of it sooner, would be to copy and paste the poll URL into a fresh IE window.

12. Hey, you got a problem with Cororate 'Merica?
yeah, me too. :hi: It is a nice town, but some real whack job conservatives have been particularly emboldened since the Bush* cabal came in.
