Big Deal Today: SCOTUS Hearing Case on Enemy Combatants
This is a huge deal for anyone that gives a damn about our most basic civil liberties. Today, the Supreme Court will decide if EVERY U.S. citizen must be afforded due process, "enemy combatant" or not.

The Bill of Rights is under serious attack. I'm literally praying over this one. Do the right thing, SCOTUS. Please.

1. I seriously doubt that it will go for the Administration
I don't see Rhenquist or O'Connor going for this, and the moderate wing of the court (Souter, Stevens, Breyer, and Ginsberg) certainly aren't. I don't know enough about Kennedy to say... and I don't know which way to go with Scalia or Thomas.
