We can't limit our questions of military service to just Bush*
We must attack all of his advisors as well. With the exception of Colin Powell they are a bunch of wanna-be heros who are nothing more than cowards, that have never served a day in combat or the military period. How can such a group of people who have never served their country be in a position to advise on warfare. We need to expand our attack beyond just Bush*. Remember it was Bush* who stated that he may not know much but would surround himself with really smart people. Well we need to address those people and out them for the hypocrites they are. The whole Bush* Cabal are a bunch of Draft Dodging Cowards and not fit to be within five blocks of the whitehouse let alone inside the walls.

rumsfeld did serve in the Navy. He's a sack of shit who does not serve his country well now, but for accuracy sake we can't accuse him of not serving. Great Post, I'm with you..

4. You're Right
Rumsfeld was in the US Navy during those years after the Korean War and before the US entry into Vietnam.
He was a boxing instructor in the Navy, not sure what his real job was.

3. Notice I said in Combat OR the military
I know a few did serve in the military, even Bush* for a couple of years anyway but neither served in combat.

6. Be very very careful...
because this is one of those issues that could come back to bite us in the ass later. You have to put it in terms of the hypocracy of being hawks now when they refused to serve when they were of age. If you try to make it out that their lack of service should disqualify them from being in positions of authority then that casts a wide net that could get a lot of good Democratic politicians as well, particularly the women who would not have been allowed to serve in combat.
