Gay Kiss Too Hot For Canadian School

(Vancouver, British Columbia) Same-sex couples kissing in front of the Vancouver court house have become so commonplace no one seems to notice. But, when two people of the same-sex share a quick peck on the lips in a high school play the furies descend.

Drama students at North Vancouver's Handsworth secondary school have been told to cut the gay kiss out of a play they had written or the entire production would be cancelled.

The play, Broken Theory, debuted at North Vancouver's 700-seat Centennial Theatre, but when some parents and several teachers saw the first performance they walked out demanding the kiss scene but cut.
