I'm guessing that there are a good number of American people who are just not paying any attention to what is going on. But when you add up what people with inside access are saying (OK, I guess Dean wasn't an insider in this administration) it just has to sink in.

woodward merely provided some more ways in which he is disconnected.

I also thought his administration found it pretty easy to lie to the public about important things. Woodward's interview gave more evidence of that.
