I'm not sure what is meant by "going after." As far as I know Kerry's record is private. There's no way anyone can get "it" unless Kerry releases it. I don't understand the concern.

Well, Cheney was deferred out of eligibility for Viet Nam, we all know about Bush, many others with (R) after their name avoided the war, McCain was a POW, but I wouldn't lump him in the same category as the other scum. stupid statement I've ever heard. They tell us to support our troops then go after one of their own. That should tell any military person something. Going after the Purple Heart is easier than trying to explain the Bronze and Silver Star. The military writes good commentary along with the Stars. Someone needs to leak both of those to the media.
