2. Hoodathunkit...
he did some memorable stuff, songs I thought were pretty far left & anti-redneck, and I always thought he was better than that. I'm not sure when I noticed that he was becoming one of THEM. When did he change?

3. When He Stopped Selling Records
Just like Dennis Miller and Toby Keith. They smell the money. Even if you have no talent the Repukes will support you if you tow the line.

These people have little or no talent so they have to capitalize on the weak minded. It works rather well but then so does any form of prostitution.

4. I beg to differ ...
Even though Charlie Daniels is as full of shit about his politics and as ignorant as dirt, he is quite talented. He is a master of stringed instruments, plucked, strummed or bowed.

So anyway, we shouldn't bend the truth just because someone is a dickhead and an asshole.

5. Could it have been the moment Ted Nugent
walked onto the stage at the Volunteer Jam?

Seriously, it was probably when "Devil" came out and made his big cross-over money.

Suddenly somebody musta talked him into sitting on his ass and collecting royalties while crying poor.

7. Country music is just totally screwed
You could imagine Wagner to be big in those circles. I went to the CMT.com site tonight, just to see what was going regarding the Dixie Chicks. Those storm troopers are still after Natalie. I bet one can find more chickenhawks per square yard in country music fans, than any other place in captivity.
