The Secretary of State will issue a "certified list" of candidates by the close of business on August 13, 2003.

11. they should increase the fees
i read that you have to pay a few thousand bucks to sign up for this contest. if the state raised the filing fees, it might reduce the state budget. think of it as a biiig lottery ticket.
