Has Bush read the PDB, even now?

From his remarks, it sounds like he still hasn't read it. His characterization of it completely disagrees with the document itself. He says it just says that Osama hates America, which I didn't see in the briefing. I looked for the word hate and couldn't find it.

Or alternatively, could he simply be talking only to the people who won't read the document for themselves? Maybe writing off the informed people, figuring that they already know he's a liar, and concentrating on the people who still believe him, for whatever reason. Pretty scary if that's the strategy.
