Even if one argues Bush couldn't have prevented 9/11
Edited on Sun Apr-11-04 12:22 PM by indie_voter
I don't understand how one can defend his actions on 9/11 after reading the released part of the PDB.

It is public record he was aware the first plane hit the WTC. He thinks to himself "that is one bad pilot" or something idiotic like that.

He decides to go in to the classroom and continue a photo op when an attack against us on our soil has commenced.

If he read the PDB how he not have realized what was happening, and why didn't he take a few minutes to find out before going in to that classroom?

The attacks might not have been preventable but lives could have been saved.

Why wasn't the second tower evacuated immediately?

Why was a plane allowed to hit the Pentagon?

If nothing else his much vaunted leadership that day falls apart.

1. And on top of all that...
You're right. And furthermore, look at his actions AFTER 9/11. How could he possibly justify wanting to go into Iraq the very next day?

3. the actual timeline is even more upsetting
bush knew about 2 planes when he sat down for 45 minutes to read about goats.

http://www.takebackthemedia.com/true911.html

he also knew he was the only person who could prevent more deaths from the two other planes that had not obeyed the command to divert. he read about goats instead.

4. The PDB exposes him as a wretched liar.
All his actions, every statement were absurd, transparent, treasonous prevarications.

The illegal administration, the complicit corporate media and the mindless, willfully ignorant, dittohead brownshirted slime that support them are anti-American traitors and need to be demonized beyond any question.

5. If we give him
the benefit of the doubt he still becomes unelectable. He must therefor be totally cleared.

He can't blame it on Clinton, even Karen Hughes admits she has that much fairness!

Somebody, please step forward and take the rap.
