the Iraqis in Fallujah burying their dead comrades in a FOOTBALL STADIUM...have we missed the point? will THAT place be sacred from being bombed? think about it, of all places you would put bodies, even temporarily...a stadium?

3. Obviously you have
Yes they WOULD bury the dead in the stadium, because it empty ground and it's soft. There isn't a lot of that in some places ya know.

Burying the dead outside in the open runs the additional risk of coming under fire as well. Try to empathize with these people, you'll see where they are coming from.

4. It said yesterday that they could not get to grave yards.
You must bury them some place. I think we would do the same.

7. Bosnian Muslims did this in Sarajevo
as the serbs had surrounded the city and were bombing and taking out anyone walking around. The football stadium was one place that was safe from snipers etc.

Since the US is acting in many ways like the Serb forces in Bosnia did against the Bosnian Muslims, this parallel does not surprise me.

9. From Baghdad Burning Blog:
"Over 300 are dead in Falloojeh and they have taken to burying the dead in the town football field because they aren't allowed near the cemetery. The bodies are decomposing in the heat and the people are struggling to bury them as quickly as they arrive. The football field that once supported running, youthful feet and cheering fans has turned into a mass grave holding men, women and children."

10. Boy aren't YOU the bright bulb! Their only remaining cemetary has been
destroyed. They have many, many thousands of dead corpses rotting because of our illegal war. What do you suggest they do with them???

8. The average American don't care
what goes down in Iraq or anyway..a sad fact

A recent survey found more Americans were concerned over high gas prices then Iraq.
