8. So, has Lieberman joined Miller in
Democrats for Bush? If that happens, I think we'll all sigh a sigh of relief that he made it no further in the primaries.

17. I sighed that sigh a long time ago
Though as far as Kerry is concerned, well....

I'm gonna vote for him. If we we get to vote.

All I'll say.

27. You guys should get somebody run against him in 2006.
No joke. He is a big reason why the Democratic Party lost it's spine.
Get a real Democrat to challange him. Maybe Democracy for America can scout for somebody. Maybe I should move to CT. just to run against him.

John

21. Lieberman is first and formost a Zionist.
He has served Israel well in the US Congress. He makes Gore's loss bearable.

6. It had a little something to do with Gore's pathetic performance
in the election.

He should've won by a landslide. And he would've- if he hadn't run from Clinton and embraced Joe-mentum Lieberman.

28. Gore should have picked Kerry.
It would have been a better choice and Gore may have actually got the White House instead Monkey Man.

10. That tops off a day in which...
"Brutus-mentum" went on the tube with Chuck Hagel and said something to the effect that "...we can't afford to lose in Iraq." Like HE'S over there getting his butt shot at every day!

It's high time for this guy to switch parties, along with Zell...I think he's truly one sick individual if he's praising her pathological liar's performance today...Joe, you're really NOT doing yourself proud!:grr:

B-)

12. That means Hagel is to the left of Joe now
Hagel has actually been critical of * lately.

Can't we trade Joe for Lincoln Chafee and a conditional draft pick?

16. maybe Bysiewicz?
Atty General Dick Blumenthal is probably the next governor after Jodi Rell (assuming Rowland eventually resigns...)

Maybe Sec of State Susan Bysiewicz? (spelling) - she was up on BBV when I heard her last week, even pointing out the CEO from Diebold who vowed to deliver Ohio to Republicans.

John Larson doesn't seem the type to upset the apple cart and none of our legislative Dems have the cajones to do it. They don't even criticize Rowland.

18. We as Democrats always have to deal with this.
We tolerate divergent views, but they really should defer to the standard bearer in an election year. If we were like the Republicans, and in this case we should be, we would threaten him politically. My guess is that we could knock him off in the 2006 CT Senatorial primary with a good liberal.
