2. Enough That He Was Derelict Not To Act....
The contents of the August 6, 2001 Briefing to him have never been released but it apparently contained the word "hijacking" and I believe "spectacular"

He sat on his vacationing ass and let it happen a month later.

Most people who have been at DU for any length of time are proponents of either the LIHOP or MIHOP theories -- Let It Happen On Purpose or Made It Happen On Purpose. There have been a gazillion threads on this, and in fact there is a whole DU forum on 9-11 and other stuff (check the Lobby for this Forum).

One of the best sites on the internet for all things 9-11 is our own Paul Thompson's http://www.unansweredquestions.net/timeline/

Plan to spend a week (or two). ;-)
