It is very shady legality but highly unethical.

It's against the law to launch any kind of attack on a website, especially a DOS (Denial Of Service) attack.

Of course, El Rushbo will counter by saying he didn't mean any of his Dittocritters should break the law -- just "shut it down" by criticizing it, because as everyone knows, us libbruls can't tolerate any kind of criticism.

I have a "wacko environmentalist" friend who works for a wacko group. I called him up a while ago to chat, but he couldn't because they were busy tying up the reservation line of a cruse line who dumps their sewage somewhere not good.

I think it's good to voice disapproval, but when the point is to deny service to legitimate customers I think you've crossed a line.
