The Senate has reluctant to take a look at the reality of Iraq. They have been cowed into silence.
Where are the senators on this issue???

This republic was founded in part because of the arrogance of a King who expected his subjects to do what they were told without questions. In this republic questioning is a requirement.

if any one of the Senators who wanted to be President had spokne even half as passionately as Byrd did back in our darkest days, I'd have been an avid supporter. But they were too busy checking the polls and playing it safe.
