It's not April Fools Day here yet, but indymedia would be a valuable thing to hook up with ..if CBS really had some guts :)

..If CBS gobbles up Indymedia to silence them, they better not do it.. If they merge to USE the worldwide connections, and use them as they ARE, it would be a good thing... BUT... these things usually turn out badly..

The independent cable channels were wonderful, UNTIL they all started getting "merged"...Now , most of them are little more than outlets for old pieced-together Datelines and the like..
