Has John Ashcroft been subpoenad?

I was just thinking about this:

- John Ashcroft was directed not to use commercial aircraft prior to 9-11.

- John Ashcroft was the man who set the priorities of the FBI prior to 9-11 and felt that terrorism was so important that it merited a brief mention under gun violence in his mission priority statements from 2001.

- John Ashcroft, from what I recall, also cut funding for terrorism prior to 9-11.

I have seen evidence of all of these things over time here, but it occured to me I hadn't seen any evidence that he was going to testify under oath at the 9-11 Commission.

Has anyone else heard what his status is in relation to the 9-11 Commission? Will he be testifying (hopefully under oath)?

But the Commission won't release its witness list until about April 3rd, according to http://www.9-11commission.gov/hearings/index.htm :

8. Also, if Sibel Edmonds (the translator who Ashcroft tried to buy off)

testifies then Ashcroft would neccessarily have to be called to testify. Edmonds is to Ashcroft what Clarke is to Condi.

We need to get these people who were warned, or know intel was manipulated, or twisted, etc. and put them on the stand. Multiple corroborations for the lies of these fascisti are out there. Let's hope the Commission will bring these people out and then set the stage for a Special prosecutor to begin an investigation.
