The History of Counterterrorism According to Dick:
RIchard Clarke was in charge of counterterrorism for the eight years of the Clinton admininistration. Less than fifty Americans were killed during this period, and none here at home. We took office and soon thereafter left Clarke out-of-the-loop. We took charge of counterterrorism. 3,000 American civilians were then slaughtered in their workplace.

Way to go, Dick.
